A7 AGILITY TRAINING AGENDA

     Our Skills Camp will consist of a variation of the following training: agility, conditioning drills, flexibility, integrative movement and sport specific movements. Our goal of the camp is to make all athletes better and able to perform at their best.

     We will evaluate each individual’s muscular-skeletal assessment to look at strength and range of motion at joints across the body, including reactions times. Through this training, not only will the individual have a chance to learn proper footwork and body position with control, but acquire the knowledge and skills needed to learn their position. How athletes feel about themselves and their beliefs about their physical capabilities directly impacts their physical confidence or self-efficacy.          Perception about personal physical abilities determines how athletes think, feel, motivate themselves and behave. Our goal is to be successful in the training environment, therefore building confidence and creating the opportunity for success in unpredictable sport situations. Our staff will be working with every individual to maximize their athletic ability and help them accomplish their goals. Below is a list of some of the drills and skills that we will be focusing on.
